Email Counselling

Exchanging emails offers the same level of support and confidentiality as that of meeting face to face. It can also be a cost effective option for those with irregular working hours, mobility issues or for clients wanting to working outside of the traditional therapeutic setting.

Because emails can be written at any time over a continued period  you have the freedom to document what is on your mind as it occurs, rather than waiting several days for a face to face counselling session.

'Walk And Talk' Counselling

Walk Talk counselling is just like it sounds—the client and the therapist are outside walking during therapy instead of sitting inside an office. Many clients say that Walk and Talk Therapy is a more relaxed environment than a counseling space.

Perhaps you have a favourite spot where you like to walk. It could be Bute Park in Cardiff, around Castle Coch, Roath Park Lake or up the Taff Trail.  Walk and Talk Therapy allows you to enjoy the ease and restorative, meditative power of the outdoors while still pursuing your goals for therapy.

Skype Counselling

Working via video chat allows for therapy to take place from wherever you choose. Perhaps you travel for work or feel more comfortable in your own surroundings. Skype, Facetime and GoogleChat allow you to experience counselling without the burden of commuting to a session or meeting in an unfamiliar place.

Working in this way offers the same supportive, confidential and judgement-free setting as a face to face session, but one which gives you personal control over where the work takes place.
